Interim Product Manager (B2C)
(Inside IR35)

Our Consumer Product team are looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage our Reviews Product for the thousands of UK homeowners that submit feedback about our trade customers every week. You will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, test hypotheses, enhance the existing product, and manage all developments through the complete product lifecycle from business case to launch. Working in a fast moving agile marketplace organisation with impressive growth plans and a focus on innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business with momentum!

Location: London based, hybrid working applies with part of the week at home, part in our Kings Cross office. 


Where do you fit in?

Continuous product development is the driving force behind our growth as a digital platform. Our Consumer Product team is responsible for the end to end product development for our B2C side of the marketplace.  Your responsibility will be specifically to identify and develop features related to our reviews platform.

Working within an Agile Scrum team as a Product Owner  you will work closely with the development team to offer direction and insight to help the prioritisation, planning and estimation processes along with clarifying product requirements. Additionally you will  collaborate closely with Trade, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Services teams ensuring appropriate Go-To-Market support for any new or enhanced reviews related products.  With a sound background in product management you will identify epics, create user stories and acceptance criteria to effectively manage product backlog.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Expertise in digital Product Management for B2C. Coming from a marketplace environment is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of the product life-cycle, user experience and the processes required to effectively take new & enhanced products to market from idea to launch. Previous B2C digital product experience is essential.
  • Strong technical capability across data analytics (Power BI or Tableau, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts to a range of different audiences at varied levels
