As more Tradespeople join us, our Vetting Team are busier than ever. Could you be the perfect person to help them?

Where do you fit in?

No one else checks tradespeople like Checkatrade. You’ll be ensuring that our Members have the correct paperwork, qualifications, and insurance in place. You’ll be used to working to deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

You’ll scan and upload documents, respond to correspondence efficiently, and ensure that our Members continue to receive an excellent service. With lots to learn and a mixture of phone and admin work to keep you busy, you’ll play an important part in our talented Existing Member Vetting Team.

Checkatrade is where reputation matters. You’ll vet tradespeople with integrity, ensuring that all of our existing members continue to uphold our high standards.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous customer service experience is a must, along with confidence in your IT and admin abilities in addition to phone work. You’ll be used to working to deadlines, and be a total team player
  • The ability to explain and advise clearly and concisely, both on the phone and in writing
  • You’ll be positive, enthusiastic, and proactive - willing to learn and progress to ensure the success of your team and our business

We work 35 hours per week with a rolling 3-week rota. One week 8am - 4pm, one week 9am-5pm and one week 10am-6pm
