Due to continued growth, and the expansion of our customer service team, we are looking for an experienced team leader - someone super organised and friendly. If you're the kind of person who makes things happen - then we want to hear from you.
You’ll be responsible for a talented team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they have the training and tools they need to help and support our tradespeople. Using your skills to inspire, coach and motivate, you’ll keep your team energised and enthusiastic, ensuring that our members receive the excellent Checkatrade service that they’re used to.
Where do you fit in?
You’ll be leading a team of 15 to 18 advisors, delegating work, supervising, and monitoring call quality and feedback to ensure that the advice they give is of the highest standard. You’ll be involved in the recruitment, training, mentoring and monitoring of your team, and will work with departments across Checkatrade. You’ll play a key role in this exciting period of growth and expansion for our business, and beyond, with lots of training and help to succeed.

We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with shifts between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis
What do you need to succeed?
- Previous team leader experience within a customer service industry is a must, and within a phone based / contact centre environment would be an advantage
- You’ll have brilliant people skills, be decisive, approachable, and a real role model to your team.
