Senior CRM Manager

Remote Based with one day a week in the Portsmouth office

We have a new opportunity for a Senior CRM Manager to join our B2B retention marketing team. Responsible for CRM strategy and execution across multiple channels, you will be focused on activity that will reduce member churn and increase revenue and NPS. Data driven with a deep understanding of segmentation, targeting and optimisation you will ensure the right message is going out to the right member, via the right channel, at the right time. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team on a CRM growth journey, providing steer and shaping up a programme that will deliver a direct impact on business performance.

Where do you fit in?

50,000 trades and growing, as a business we have a focus on ensuring a comprehensive multichannel CRM programme is in place to drive member retention . With a naturally strategic mind, you’ll understand how to optimise results across multiple touchpoints including email marketing, landing pages, two-way SMS, in-app messaging, app push, direct mail and outbound calling.  You’re comfortable with interpreting insights, as well as delivering testing to ensure ongoing optimisation. You’ll have a strong creative eye and be adept at execution. Naturally resilient, you’ll be an experienced and safe pair of hands that can juggle multiple projects, challenge conflicting business objectives, work through requests in a structured way, whilst always taking the right action for the member and the business.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Degree qualified with extensive CRM Campaign Management experience
  • Strong channel mix exposure across email marketing, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, direct mail and outbound calling
  • Analytical and data driven with a strong creative eye and a knack for copy writing and story telling
  • Happy to drive the thinking and to get stuck into the detail
  • Calm headed, resilient and thrives when challenged, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Experience of ESP systems and preferable understanding of Salesforce.
