We’ve got a new opportunity for an experienced Consumer Marketing Executive to join our B2C marketing function. You will work under the wing of our Brand Marketing Manager supporting with the delivery of our brand marketing plan via detailed understanding of our consumer audiences and first-class campaign management. This is a broad marketing support role suitable for a data driven marketeer with love for consumer insights and campaign execution in a fast based digital business with a growth agenda.

We are open for candidates to be based either from our London or Portsmouth office. Some travel in between will be required following lockdown.

Where do you fit in?

Our marketing approach is consumer insights lead and mobilised across ATL and BTL channels nationally. As a Marketing Executive you’ll be working with internal and external research partners to design and execute projects to help us gain a better understanding of our consumers and the market we operate in. You’ll support our Brand Manager in executing world-class consumer marketing campaigns that articulate our brand purpose, build on strong brand KPIs’, and drive the biggest audience to our site. You’ll also undertake weekly consumer data reporting as well as measure campaign success. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for media agencies and research partners ensuring all projects are delivered within time and to budget. You’ll work within a team that owns a multi-million pound marketing budget, supporting with tracking of expenditure, liaising with finance and providing regular forecasts accordingly.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Be a passionate and data driven senior marketing executive with sound experience in analysing consumer data / undertaking market research to drive decision making.
  • Experience supporting with campaign delivery across multiple channels – preferably both ATL and BTL (TV would be a bonus, but not essential).
  • Strong operational management and organisational skills including agency management.
  • Ability to work on multi-projects simultaneously whilst operating within a small but agile team of marketeers with a growth agenda.
