Partnership Manager/ Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Are you a commercially astute Business Development and Partnership Marketing specialist with excellent relationship building skills? We are looking for an experienced B2B sales and performance marketing professional to secure business partnerships that will generate jobs for our trade members. Entrepreneurial, collaborative and driven, you’ll deliver growth through innovative acquisition, affiliate marketing and effective account management approaches.

We are open for candidates to be based either from our Portsmouth or our London office (Kings Cross). Willingness to travel to Portsmouth Head office once a week following lockdown is required. 

Where do you fit in?

Your role will be to identify, secure and implement win/win relationships with national and regional businesses for example home improvement retailers, manufacturers and affiliates that lead to driving consumer traffic to our platform ultimately fuelling demand for work across our membership base.   You will work with the Partnerships Director to define and test different propositions for addressing this target market, before rolling out our new proposition. You will devise flexible pricing solutions that deliver ROI, for example: cost per lead and affiliate payments. Additionally you will work collaboratively with Marketing and Product Development to build tests of new partnership proposition ideas and operationalise the new “Traffic & Jobs” partnership agreements we land.
