About The Role

If you’re an experienced Sales Manager, able to drive business initiatives, increase business growth and empower a new team to achieve great things - then we want to hear from you. 

Where do you fit in?

You’ll manage a team of Inbound Sales Advisors, ensuring that they have the support, training and tools they need to meet and exceed their targets. Using your skills to lead, inspire, coach and motivate, you’ll keep them energised and enthusiastic, ensuring that our tradespeople receive the excellent service that they’re used to.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll drive efficiencies, automate processes and look for continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in this exciting period of growth and expansion for our business and beyond, with lots of training and help to succeed.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous sales management experience, and a passion for customer experience and consumer protection. You’ll be able to lead business change and identify areas for improvement and efficiency
  • You’ll have brilliant people skills, be decisive, approachable, and a role model to your team, whilst pushing hard to achieve targets and timelines
  • Proven experience with stakeholder engagement alongside strong IT and leadership skills

Hours – 35 Hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Rolling Shift Pattern is 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm & 12pm-8pm
