About The Role
Salary – £19K PA (Rising to £20K Following Probation) + Excellent Benefits
Hours – 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, Currently 9am to 5pm - Hours subject to change in future to be worked between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis

Where do you fit in?

You’ll be reviewing feedback and information for our tradespeople, and investigating (sometimes complex) issues. You’ll work in partnership with both our members and consumers, communicating with them each step of the way, until you have reached the best resolution for everyone. You’ll be confident in making fair decisions based on the outcomes of your investigations, and will have lots of support, training and help to succeed.

You’ll support both consumers and members from across the UK, ensuring that everyone receives the excellent service that they’re used to. You’ll use your amazing customer service skills to play a key part in our talented team, whilst accurately keeping our records up to date.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Confidence to have sometimes difficult conversations, alongside the ability to explain and advise people calmly and clearly. Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • A team player,confident in your IT abilities, used to working to KPI’s and deadlines
  • You’ll be positive and proactive - willing to learn and progress to ensure the success of your team and our business
