CRM Data and Operations Manager (B2B Marketing)

We have an urgent interim assignment until end of December for a technically minded CRM / Marketing Manager to join our B2B retention marketing team. Responsible for building weekly multichannel campaigns in  SendInBlue CRM you will own the technical set up and campaign build utilising your strong understanding of HTML, processes and data flows. Deep understanding of segmentation, targeting and marketing automation will be essential to expand our existing programme capability and build more sophisticated, multi variant, triggered journey communication pathways based in customer action.

 Where do you fit in?

As a business supporting 48,000 trade members of varied size and sector expertise we are continuing our change journey to automate our remaining manual retention marketing programmes in our CRM. Pulling on data and insight, you will own the technical build of campaigns in SendInBlue based on segmentation and customer preferences. You will set up multi-channel comms specifically across email and SMS channels. Additionally you will report on campaign activity working closely with the insights team to pull on analytics.  Working in collaboration with the wider Retention Marketing team, you will obtain relevant content for each channel optimising where required and ensuring each party understands the technical requirements of the campaign build.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Sound technical skills across SendInBlue (set up, dashboard, reporting) and HTML build
  • Extensive experience setting up targeted automated marketing campaigns across email and SMS
  • Experience designing processes and data flows along with understanding data hierarchy and data conflict management to ensure the right communications go out to the right customers at the right time
