About The Role

Salary - £21.5K PA + Bonus of up to £1.2K PA) and Brilliant Benefits

Hours – 35 Hours per week, Monday to Saturday – on a rolling shift basis – 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm 12pm-8pm

Where do you fit in?

You’ll talk to Tradespeople from across the UK, advising them on how to increase their business and maximise their membership. Handling sometimes complex queries, you’ll use your retention and complaint handling skills to ensure that any issues are resolved in the best interests of all parties.

You’ll provide support to the management team, getting involved in project work, and reviewing specific accounts, in addition to membership renewals and cancellations.

Acting as a role model to advisors, you’ll ensure the best possible service is always received. You’ll demonstrate our values every day, and as an advocate for our brand, you’ll help to increase engagement with our members

What do you need to succeed?

  • Call/Contact Centre experience would be an advantage. You’ll have customer service experience, be confident with IT and be a real team player
  • Used to working to KPI’s in a fast-paced environment with lots of change, with the ability to explain and advise people clearly and concisely – talking through complex queries
  • You’ll be positive and proactive - willing to learn and progress to ensure the success of your team and our business
