About The Role

Hours – 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

If you are a curious, friendly and experienced Customer Service Quality Analyst looking to work in a growing company, then we have a fantastic job for you…

Where do you fit in?

We’re free from scripted conversations and as we grow, we need to ensure consistently high levels of customer service across all our teams. You’ll monitor the performance of around 70 advisors, ensuring that each enquiry receives the excellent Checkatrade service that they’re used to. Using your research and insights, you’ll determine what constitutes a top-quality call or email, with both our tradespeople and consumers, ensuring that standards and best practices are consistent. You’ll ensure that our Team Leaders have the confidence and tools to help their advisors perform at their best.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous experience as a Quality Analyst is a must. Awesome Customer Service skills are essential, and contact centre experience would be an advantage.
  • You’ll have brilliant people skills - able to develop relationships throughout our business. Amazing IT and analysis skills are essential, along with the confidence to give honest feedback when things need to improve
  • You’ll be experienced at reporting on performance and monitoring industry trends. You’ll be super friendly and approachable, whilst being able to get things done.
