About The Role

Hours – 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Customer Service Trainer / Coach with a knack for nailing consistently high standards of customer service? Do you have a Learning and Development background and are looking for your next challenge? Then we have a fantastic job for you…

Where do you fit in?

Training our team of around 70 advisors, you'll use your training or L&D background to create and deliver bespoke activities, using a range of coaching methods to cater for people's differing learning needs. You’ll work closely with our Quality Assessors, following up on call listening feedback to arrange training, or one to one support.

You’ll create bespoke courses and be the go to person for training the team on new systems.  You'll continuously monitor performance, ensuring that training records are up to date, hold refresher courses and inspire our team to provide the best possible service for both consumers and members.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous varied experience as a coach, trainer, or having an L&D background is a must
  • Awesome customer service skills are essential. Contact centre experience would be an advantage
  • Brilliant people skills - able to develop relationships throughout our business along with the confidence to give honest feedback when things need to improve. Experienced at reporting on performance, you'll be super friendly and approachable, whilst being able to get things done
