Who are we?
Our Commercial and Operations teams make up around half of our workforce. Always Customer Obsessed, we own the commercial propositions for trades. We are also the face of Checkatrade, working at the frontline to support our trade members. With teams across Go-to-Market, Strategic Accounts, Marketplace, Trade Experience, Partnerships, Customer Service and Sales and Media, our Cops colleagues are a high-achieving, performance-driven team of gamechangers and sales/service superstars.
Driving our mission
With a rapidly growing member base in a business that has doubled in size over the past three years, our Commercial and Operations colleagues play a key role in shaping our future and delivering our ambitious growth plans.
Our frontline Customer Service teams in Portsmouth are key to keeping our trade members happy. We are there to support trades, from their first day as a Checkatrade member through to growing their business for the future. We pride ourselves on keeping our mission of improving lives and supporting livelihoods front and centre.
Our savvy salespeople are based across the UK with in-house teams working from Portsmouth and London and field teams working regionally. We continuously drive growth across our membership sales, pay as you go and directories offerings, regularly delivering record-breaking figures and smashing sales targets.
